Tips & tricks to get the best one-line art design.
- We Love Faces: We focus on bringing out the best in faces, whether it's your pets or people, instead of the whole body.
- Simple Lines, Big Impact: Our art is all about simple, clean lines. We stick to one color and make it all about the shape, not the shades.
- Choosing the Right Background: Pick a background that's different from your subject so they really pop and don't blend in.
- Keep It Still: Try to use photos where your subject isn't moving much. If they're too blurry from movement, we might not get all the details right.
- Less Is More: Our designs look best when they're simple because we work with a certain thickness of line. Sometimes, we might have to skip the small stuff.
- Furry Friends: Long-haired pets are tricky for our one-line style. We'll do our best, but it's tough!
- Our Promise to You: At Cotton Factory, we might have to say no to some pictures if we're not sure we can make them look great. It's all about keeping our quality top-notch.
How do I get the size right?
Getting the right size will depend on how you like to use it. Anyhow we have put together our guidelines here
What is the reccomended care procedure for my hoodie?
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.
How long does it take to get my oders?
- Design finalization (up to 72 hours) -> Our design team applies your name and date into our hoodie template;
- Production and Quality control (1 to 3 days)-> After the design is finalized we jump into production mode (including quality check by our quality team);
- Packaging and shiping (4 to 8 business days) -> Once production is done and quality is checked, we pack it, insert any gift cards you might've selected at checkout and ship it. We offer faster shipping options at the checkout.
Can i follow the status of my orders?
Yes, our comprehensive system allows you to follow your order every step of the way. From the moment you order, the design finalization, quality control, production, packaging, shipping, transit until is delivered.
Can I return my hoodie?
As you can understand these are unique pieces with specific information only relevant to you, therefore we do not accept any return of any customized product.
Though, we advise all our potential customers to properly review our size guide to avoid issues on the sizing and review the order before checking out.
